A full custom Shopify build takes 6–12 weeks depending on complexity. That includes design (2–3 weeks), development (3–5 weeks), and a QA and launch phase (1–2 weeks). Optimization projects are shorter — typically 4–8 weeks. I give a detailed timeline in the project proposal before any work begins.
Yes — I work globally. My specialisation is the GCC market (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman), but I work with international brands that want to enter the region, or that need a partner who understands bilingual and Arabic-first e-commerce.
My primary platform is Shopify and Shopify Plus. I also work with Salla and Zid for the Saudi and GCC market, and WooCommerce for migration projects. If you're on a different platform and want to migrate, get in touch — I've handled most major e-commerce migrations.
Yes. I handle full platform migrations — products, customers, order history, and SEO redirects. The migration process is planned carefully to ensure zero data loss and minimal downtime. I've migrated stores from WooCommerce, Salla, Zid, Magento, and Wix to Shopify.
Bilingual Arabic/English support is built into every Shopify project I deliver. That includes RTL layout for Arabic, culturally appropriate UX patterns for the GCC market, and a seamless language switcher. It's not an add-on — it's a default.
Yes. All projects include 30 days of post-launch support. For ongoing work — monthly updates, new features, CRO iterations — I offer retainer packages starting from $500/month depending on scope.
